Text Box: As a lawyer I specialize in Eminent Domain. First with the State and then in private practice, for over 40 years I’ve represented property owners and public agencies. I’ve handled direct and inverse condemnation, including regulatory takings. On the State Bar Committee on Condemnation to advise the California Legislature I helped draft the Eminent Domain Law. In compensation for loss of goodwill I represent business owners like George Muller whose California Supreme Court case is at 36 Cal. 3d 263. As a piano player I concentrate on the standards and classics, with a little jazz thrown in. If you enjoy my music you may want to buy one or more of the CDs I give to my friends and clients.
